The following horses are currently for adoption. If you are interested in any of the following horses
please contact Brittany at projectsagehorserescue@gmail.com. All horses will go out under contract with a no breeding clause. Adoption fee's are subject to
change at any time. Adoption fee's will only be returned within 30 days of adoption. Description of each
horse is below the pictures.
Moose on the Loose is a 17.0 hh TB gelding. He has an amazing personality and everyone who meets him falls in love. Moose cross ties, stands well for vet/farrier, trailers well, gets along well with other horses, is easy to lead, and is a pleasure to work with. He is simple to ride and is a quick learner. Adoption Fee: TBA
Troy is a 5 year old, 16.0 hh, TB gelding. Troy is a gorgeous horse. He is currently w/t/c under tack. He crossties, stands well for vet/farrier, trailers well, stands in wash stall, gets along great with other horses, and is quiet under tack. Troy has unlimited potential! He has a great personality is a pleasure to be around. Adoption Fee: TBA Noah is a 5 year old, 16.0 hh, TB gelding. He is very sweet and easy going. Noah currently w/t/c's under tack and is started over x-rails. He is simple to ride and will excel at anything. He crossties, trailers well, stands well for vet/farrier, stands in wash stall, has perfect ground manners, is 100% sound, and gets along well with other horses. He is bomb proof and is very willing. Noah is a quick learner and has a great personality. He puts his heart into everything he is asked to do and is a favorite around our farm. This horse has unlimited potential! Come meet Noah and fall in love. He is a true diamond in the rough. Adoption Fee: $1500.00 Hunter is a 10 year old, 15.3 hh, appendix gelding. He is an extremely well behaved horse, perfect for everyone. He has amazing ground manners and is very quiet under tack. Whether you are out on trail or in the ring Hunter is well behaved and very easy going. He is child safe, safe on the ground, cross ties, stands perfectly for vet and farrier, and is great with other horses. Hunter is very versatile, he goes both english and western and is great on the trails and in the ring. This is a one of a kind horse who is a very rare find. Grace is a grey 16.0 hh TB mare, she has been used as a lesson horse for the past few months and was also used as a trail horse. Grace is calm, easy going, loves other horses, and is bomb proof. She never raced and is not tattooed. She excels at anything she does and is a great horse. Grace is good with the vet and farrier, cross ties, and trailers. She is a "been there, done that" type horse and is very easy to work around. She is perfect for any level rider and she is a true confidence builder. Grace is a mild cribber, it is controlled with a collar. Adoption Fee: $800.00 Houston is a 7 year old Warmblood cross. He is 15.3 hh, gelding. Houston is in training and is coming along nicely. He is a very nice mover and in time will make an amazing horse for someone. He gets along great with other horses and is learning quickly. Adoption Fee: $700 (will increase with training)
Brody is a 10 year old appendix gelding. He is a very nice horse. Quiet, easy to ride, w/t/c, can jump a 2'6" course with ease. Shown successfully on the Long Island circuit. He gets along well with other horses, has very nice ground manners, lunges, crossties. Brody has a great personality and is a fun horse to ride. He is quiet under saddle and is a very pretty mover. All around a very nice horse! Brody would do best with an intermediate rider. Adoption Fee: $1500.00  - Salvato Sal is a 18year old
standardbred gelding. He is a retired trotter, saved from the kill pen, and ready for a new home! He
is a big boned horse standing at 16 hh. Sal is looking for a home were he can just relax and be a horse.
He loves people and loves to be groomed. Sal gets along well with other horses, stands well for vet/farrier, cross
ties. He is VERY easy to handle and would make a great companion to another horse! Sal has been with the
rescue for an extended period of time and would love a sponsor to help cover his monthly costs. Please contact Brittany

Dreamer is a 23 month old appendix gelding. He is a very sweet little guy! Dreamer is around 15 hh currently and will mature to be 16 hh. He is halter broke and leads. He is the perfect project horse, very handsome and sweet. Needs an experienced horse person who can bring him along and break him in the future. UPDATE: Dreamer was gelded May 3rd and is doing well. Adoption Fee- $350.00
Billy is a 10 year old, 16.1 hh, TB gelding. He is a VERY sweet horse and is easy to handle. He would be great for someone who is looking for a calm horse that wants to enjoy the trails. Our vet feels he would be great for walk/ light trot but is not suited to being ridden in deep sand due to an old injury. He is a gorgeous horse with a personality to match. He stands well for bathes, grooming, farrier, vet. Billy has perfect ground amnners and a pleasure to be around. Come meet him and fall in love. Adoption Fee: $500.00
Austin is a 5 year old, 17 hh, TB gelding. CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE The horses listed below are not avaliable for adoption at this time.
They are in loving foster homes that have the option to adopt. If they choose not to adopt these horses will be put
up for adoption. Please check back often as their status may change. If you are seriously interested in one of

Ruthie is a 1.5 year old appaloosa filly. She is very sweet and is easy to lead. She picks up all four of her feet easily and gets along good with other horses. She has a stocky build and is very sweet. We are currently working with her on the ground and she is improving. Ruthie would be a great addition to any family!!! Ruthie now lunges and ties. Adoption fee-$350 |
